Florence and the Machine Live Reviews

Telegraph

“Welch has a roaring, posh-blues voice that fits perfectly onto rousing anthems melding rock and dance dynamics “

Guardian -

Over 12 songs, the tribal drumming and contrasting lullaby notes of a harp left you punchdrunk. Florence herself didn’t seem immune. Approaching the end of the show with Rabbit Heart, she pirouetted woozily, like a ballerina that had fallen from the top of a music box, lost in her own world.

Consequence of Sound -

Don’t call Florence Welch just another young female singer-songwriter. Don’t call her part of a trend, and certainly don’t call her material “chick music.” See her live, and then call her what she really is: a force of nature, a consummate performer, and someone we’re all going to be hearing about for a long time.
